To format text in a blog entry, you will be using Markdown Text. This way of formatting text can easily be done with their online user guide at: http://daringfireball.net/projects/markdown/basics

From the Site Administration page, scroll down to Blog and select the Change button next to Blog Entries.

Select a blog entry to change.

Using Markdown, make the necessary changes in the Text box of the Blog Entry.

At any point in the process you may click View on Site to see what the page will look like and to make sure you have formatted the text correctly.
