Refund an Order
Return to the Orders page to refund an order. From the Store Administration page, scroll down to Orders and click on the Change button next to Orders.
On the Orders page, scroll to the right and you will find a column marked Payment Status. To refund the order, select the Refund button corresponding to the right order.
